Only 15 minutes by car to Sitia for nightlife and amenities, 10 minutes to Paleokastro village, and close to many beaches, including Vai palm forest and Itanos beach. We look forward to hosting you! Enjoy your stay! The space Detached house with two bedrooms, open-plan living area with fireplace, private balcony, and garden. The furniture is traditional and restored. The house remains cool in summer thanks to good insulation; the main bedroom has air conditioning, and there’s a portable water mist fan for the rest of the house. Guest access Guests have free use of the barbecue and parking area. Other things to note The property is regularly cleaned and maintained. The nearby Analoukas beach is not suitable for swimming due to lack of municipal maintenance. However, within a 10-minute drive, you’ll find beautiful beaches like Kouremenos, Chiona, Vai palm beach, and Erimoupoli (Itanos). Please note: The eco tax is payable for an extra fee upon arrival.
